1) BODY CASING
It is designed for full leakage proof structure with excellent mechanical property(corrosion resistance and thermalresistance) by STS plated as the panel structure. Also, there is water trap on the ceiling to collect Condensate
2) COMBUSTION SYSTEM:
The combustion unit is using NG as a heat source and Hi-low P.I.D control with Modutrol Motor, raising the alarm and automatically turned off in case of over temperature. It conducts heat with R/C fan with 1 combustion burner.

d) GAS SOLENOID V/V : MAIN BURNER (DUNGS)
e) GAS SOLENOID V/V .

3) CIRCULATION FAN & STEAM NOZZLE SYSTEM:
It installs Circulation fan so that it equalizes the moisture and h eat all around the room to reduce their deflection for the better plate quality, it also discharge the humid air and waste gas from the chamber with damper system . It can control the humidity inside the chamber with steam supplying pipe.
4) Heat generator structure and Fresh air supplying system :
Heat generator is designed for uniform heat air distribution.
Fresh air system is designed to supply constant pressure and air volume using principle of Venturi with turning force of the circulation fanas follow drawing
5) Circulation system inside duct :
It is impossible to secure constant temperature and humidity with only hot air volume and speed due to of spacious room.
So, it installs damper to maintain internal pressure and control air volume, also adds 2nd control plate to control
the air speed and duct system on the top of the room to circulate the air as follow drawing
6) CONTROL SYSTEM
It apply a special plate work to the electric panel for good looking.
There are various electric and electronic units inside to control the curing system.
It can operate via touch screen and store operation parameters on the PLC.

Main Features
Curing & Drying process can be completed in one time and also
independently.
Imported temperature & humidity transducer with high temperature resistant, anti acid mist and dust, long service life.
PLC control, touch screen operation panel, 10 sets of different process parameters can be stored in advance.
Humidification has two ways, atomized water and steam. It can switch automatically according to the actual temperature and customer ’s demand.
Adopts three-dimensional wind way and stainless steel circulation fan, the temperature & humidity in the room keep even. Then physical and chemical index keeps consistency after curing and drying.
Touchable monitor can display the running status of fan, spray , etc.
