Alignment tools are turning type to align the battery post.
8 cover holding station with 8 indexing process, manual cover supplying to the station.
Cover is fed to the top of the container by vacuum pad.

Operation panel – Touch Screen.

Post alignment tools up & down Air cylinder .
Adjust cover holding station in case of model change.
Recommendable for the exclusive line without model change or not so often of model change.

Servo Motor instead of Pneumatic Control. [optional]
