One operator is needed for one plate wrapping machine, can produce about 800 batteries/shift（calculating in +4/-5 cell, battery).
It is automatic enveloping and stacking. It has the advantage of Intelligent and Simple, low energy consumption， good performance for environment,

1. Suitable plate size range：
Plate width: Is between 39mm-85mm,which is adjustable and also can be designed according to customer’s plate size；
Plate height: is between 49mm-100mm（exclude lug） , which is adjustable and also can be designed according to customer’s plate size；
Plate thickness: is between 1.5mm-3mm, which is adjustable and also can be designed according to customer’s plate size,  

2. Suitable AGM size range：
width is between 43mm-93mm, which is adjustable， thickness≤1.7mm, suitable for AGM separator U type wrapping  

3. Plate rejection rate： 0.3‰  

4. Power supply： AC 380V, total machine kw ≤2.5KW.  

5. Air supply： 0.5-0.6Mpa clean dry air；
Plate sucking negative pressure： -25—30.Whole machine air consumption： 0.05m³/min.
