▣ Machine Information :
▶ This M/C is combined machine of Short tester(plate short), Inter-cell welder, Short tester
(spot welding condition tester).
▶ Steps: short circuit testing, rejecting the unqualified, 1st welding station .
(2 points inter-cell welding), 2nd welding station (2 points inter-cell welding), 3rd welding
station (1 point inter cell welding), welding quality check, rejecting the unqualified, the
qualified will be sent to the next equipment.
▶ Highly durable steel structure, equipped with servo-motor adjusting weld head position
automatically. Pneumatic and hydraulic weld heads are optional.
